Endlich ist es soweit – Die Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal startet durch: Mit KITT – der KI-Infrastruktur für Forschung, Technologie und Transformation. KITT bietet Lehrenden, Studierenden, Forschenden und Mitarbeitenden der Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal eine KI-Infrastruktur in Form von Hardware (hochperformante Rechenressourcen) und Software (z.B. KI-Modelle und Entwicklungsumgebungen).
Im Workshop wird die technische Infrastruktur und mögliche Anwendungen dargestellt: von Chat AI über die Datenauswertung in Jupyter-Notebooks bis hin zur Umsetzung von KI-Anwendungen in Python und Nutzung von großen Sprachmodellen.
Wichtig: Für das Ausprobieren der Infrastruktur ist ein Rechner mit VPN-Zugang in das Hochschulnetz notwendig.
Dieser Präsenz-Workshop auf dem Campus in Stendal ist ein Angebot des Projekts ZAKKI und wird gefördert vom BMBF, vom Land Sachsen-Anhalt und der EU.

Magdeburg-Stendal University is entering the AI era: With KITT – the AI Infrastructure for Research, Technology, and Transformation – a powerful platform for artificial intelligence is now available! KITT provides researchers, lecturers, students, and staff with access to powerful computing resources (hardware) and tools such as AI models and development environments (software).
This workshop introduces the technical infrastructure and possible applications: from Chat AI and data analysis in Jupyter Notebooks to implementing AI applications in Python and using large language models.
Important: A computer with VPN access to the university network is required to try out the infrastructure.
This in-person workshop on the Stendal campus is part of the ZAKKI project and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), the State of Saxony-Anhalt, and the EU.
